Cancellation Policy
There will be a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, I will not be able to take you & we will need to discuss rescheduling.
As far as no-shows, there will be a $30 rebooking fee for weekdays & $40 for Saturdays that you MUST pay before you are back on my books. After a 2nd no-show, you will not be allowed to book.
If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will need to be informed no later than 24 hours before your appointment time.
